We believe in farming with a better way that is sustainable for the future. Compared to open land farming, our greenhouses use 98% less water, 88% less shipping fuel, 99% less land, with 240 times the output per growable square foot and only 1% of it is ever wasted. Learn more about how all of it works below.

Source the Seeds

We believe variety is the spice of life. That’s why we source the most diverse array of non-GMO seedlings from around the world to take your taste buds on a flavor journey. We believe in growing clean from the start which goes hand-in-hand with our commitment to trust, transparency and traceability.

Sprout Seedlings

We sprout all of our seedlings in-house so that we can control the grow process from seed to shelf. In our system, we don’t use soil. Instead, we use an inert material to plant into that promotes optimal growing conditions. This in combination with leveraging the sun and using natural light equals happy, healthier plants.

Protect From Elements

Our indoor greenhouses allow us to grow 365 days a year. We are not hindered by seasons, climate, whether, pests, or other traditional farming variables. One of the best things about our gardens is that they are carbon negative unlike other greenhouses which take a harsh toll on the environment.

Grow With Love

To us, this means growing without harmful chemicals like pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. This makes our plants happier and our consumers healthier. Talk about a win-win! Our growing system gives each plant the perfect balance of CO2, water, light, nutrients and temperature for optimal growth.

Hand-Pick & Pack

In a world of processed foods, we believe in a hands-on approach so that you can trust that your produce was farmed, harvested, and packaged just for you to have a flavorful and nutritious experience. Our clamshells are made from recycled materials and can then by recycled again once you’re done with it.

Deliver to You

Our delivery time is short and quick! Our strategic garden locations allow us to get our produce to shelf faster than traditional, long distance, field packed produce. This means less shipping fuel and less gas emissions because we care about the environment too. Enjoy fresh for a change!

The future of farming

is here

98% Less Water

Our greenhouse is on a closed loop systems which trickles the water through our vertical vines. The water falls over the roots of the plants and is cycled back through allowing us to significantly reduce water waste compared to open land farming which sprays their crops with hundreds of thousands of gallons of water which is mostly absorbed by the soil and ground rather than the plants.

88% Less Shipping Fuel

We strategically position our greenhouses near local distrubtion centers allowing us to hand-pick, pack and deliver our produce faster. This means that our retail partners can deliver fresher prodce to their stores and customers. Compared to traditional long distance produce, we use 88% less shipping fuel. This percentage dramatically increases when compared to imported goods.

99% Less Land

Our ability to grow vertically puts at an advantage compared to both open land farming and other green houses. We are able to use 99% less land with the same output thanks to our unique technology. This means our greenhouses can be built almost anywhere to provide resources to the local area while dramatically reducing our land footprint. Our first greenhouse is approximately 44,000 square feet.

99% Less Food Waste

Roughly one third of the food produced in the world for human consumption every year — approximately 1.3 billion tons — gets lost or wasted. Food losses and waste amounts to roughly $680 billion in industrialized countries and $310 billion in developing countries. Fruits and vegetables have the highest wastage rates of any food. Since our system grows efficiently, we are able to reduce food waste.

240x More Produce/sq ft

Our vertical vines feature 36 plants on each allowing us to grow significantly more produce in a single crop cycle than traditional farming. This, in combination with our shorter growth times and increased number of growth cycles per year means that we are able to produce 240 times as much produce in the same space as a traditional farm. This capability can significantly benefit areas that struggle with plant growth.

75% Less Time to Grow

The technology built into our systems incorporates a micro climate around each individual plant providing it with its optimal environment. This includes the right amount of water trickling over the roots, the ideal temperature, the perfect balance of CO2 and light, and of course nutrients so it can thrive. All of this together allows are plants to grow stronger faster meaning fresher produce more often.
